What happens in a session
 

Kathleen enters a light meditative state to tune into your energy. You'll be asked to state your full name three times — a simple but powerful way to focus your energy and create the connection. From there, you choose the direction: bring a specific issue, question, or situation you'd like her to read, or ask for a full step-by-step review of your energy system and where it may be out of balance.
 

Every session closes with a grounding process — so the shifts you experience during the reading integrate and hold long after you've logged off.
